Sobakiri Nakamura (そば切り なかむら)|Soba Restaurant | Kitahiroshima

"Sobakiri Nakamura (そば切り なかむら)" is my favorite soba restaurant, located in Kitahiroshima, 20 minutes away from Sapporo.

This restaurant is a popopular that it is often closed earlier than their closing time if their soba prepared for that day is sold out.

They serve cold and hot soba. Usually I prefer cold soba because the flavor of soba can be more enjoyable, but in this restaurant, please enjoy both of them! Actually all of their soba is recommendable!!!

This is cold soba with hot duck soup, the most recommendable soba in this restaurant!

The noodles are very shinny!! The ratio of buckwheat flour is 90% so that we can enjoy the natural scent of buckwheat flour and the sensation when swallowing soba!

To enjoy the scent, soba should be swallowed without a lot of chewing!

Of course their soba is very delicious, and this soup is, I believe, one of the best soba soup in Hokkaido!!! Please dip the soba into this tasty soup!

First, I enjoyed the soup as it is, then added Chinese pepper to it, and finally sprinkled shichimi Japanese pepper on it! We enjoyed three versions of soba soup!

The soup contains yuzu citrus flavored duck meat balls as well as thick meat slices like this↓ Yummy x 2!!!

This is hot soba with deep-fried oysters, which is served only during the winter season.

We also ordered this gomoku gohan or rice seasoned with soy sauce and boiled with meat and savory vegetables. They serve only 15 portions of this rice a day. If you want to eat it, please be in a hurry!!

Voila!!!
I love oysters!!! The delicious oyster juice is mixed with the perfect soba soup!

Every ingredient is carefully selected, and we can enjoy the best one in the season!

Last but not least, we enjoyed sobayu, or water left in the pot after soba is boiled.

Again, this restaurant is very popular. If you want to enjoy their soba, please visit there by 2 p.m.!
